VYOGA75: Our signature 75-minute class, an invigorating and challenging vinyasa flow open to practitioners of all levels. Classes focus on building strength and flexibility, improving alignment, and integrating breath and movement. Hands-on assists facilitate a deeper experience of the poses. Inversions, backbends and arm balances are also offered, with a breakdown of how to do these postures so that beginners can try them and advanced practitioners can take them to new heights.
