VYOGA60:  Revive, restore and build strength, flexibility and endurance. Put your mind and body in balance. Our 60-minute power hour yoga class. This all-levels practice incorporates the elements of alignment, breath and movement within a well-paced and challenging flow. Classes are designed to move and build heat, while also improving flexibility and endurance.

VYin Yoga:  Yin Yoga is a passive, floor-based yoga practice that takes stretching to a whole new level. With a focus on breathing, holding, and deepening, postures are held for 2-3 minutes in order to access the connective tissue of the body. The purpose of Yin Yoga is to bring the benefits of a stretch to a deeper part of the body, very close to the bones, thereby improving flexibility, circulation, and the connection to self. This is an excellent practice for anyone looking to slow down, stretch, and find balance after a busy day.

VStrength Yoga: A 60-mintue class that goes beyond simply yoga with weights. Strength Yoga utilizes light weights and small exercise balls to challenge endurance and improve balance, while simultaneously building strength and flexibility. This class is low-impact, utilizing the principles of both yoga and Pilates to create a stronger, leaner you. Prior yoga experience beneficial, but not necessary.
