My name is Michelle Hart. I've always been an active person and loved fitness. When my husband was deployed, my friends encourage me to run a half marathon. Never being a distance runner I questioned wether I could run this distance. With proper training I crushed my goal and my love for fitness came back. I began training for more 1/2 marathons and triathlons of all distances. 2012 I completed a Full Ironman distance race. After completing one of my highest goals I felt the need to share my love of fitness with others. I then became certified to teach Spin, TRX and other HIIT classes.
We moved to DC in 2013 for my husband's (Andy) job and I have 2 step kids Logan (22) and Preston (18). We enjoy the outdoors, camping and spending time at the beach.
