Pumpkin on the brain!

We're a little nutty for pumpkin :) pumpkin spice bread has been on repeat for the last month as well as oven baked pumpkin seeds and savory pumpkin soups. So what's for breakfast? A pumpkin spice smoothie of course! 

This smoothie tastes like a milkshake, keeps you full and packs your glass with plenty of nutrients and antioxidants to jump-start your day! Add some yogurt for an even more protein packed drink!

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup pumpkin (canned or freshly cooked)
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 scoop (approximately 2 tablespoons) vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of ground ginger

DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
