  • Enjoy a 45min innovative twist on the indoor ride that focuses on cardiovascular endurance, strength and core. LavaCycle incorporates weights with fun-filled surprises for a party you don't want to miss!

  • TRX Express
  • A twist on our contemporary TRX class incorporating the TRX suspension trainers, your own body weight, and cardio conditioning. During this condensed 45 minute class, we spike your heart rate immediately and maintain high intensity the entire time. You will leave confident that you got a full body workout.

  • Strength and Stretch
  • Strength and Stretch brings the benefits of TRX and yoga to one class. This unique offering is designed to increase muscle tone and improve flexibility.
    Beginning with 30 minutes of TRX to both build and strengthen muscles and cardio endurance, the class will transition to 30 minutes of yoga designed to cool the body and improve flexibility.
     
    All levels of experience welcome.
