  • TRX class is a total body, heart pumping, strength conditioning workout. 

  • Cycle 45
  • Enjoy a 45min innovative twist on the indoor ride that focuses on cardiovascular endurance, strength and core. LavaCycle incorporates weights with fun-filled surprises for a party you don't want to miss!

  • Cycle to TRX
  • 45 minutes of high intensity LavaCycle followed by 30 minutes of TRX exercises focused on giving you the strongest, leanest body sure to get those abs ready for the beach!

  • TRX HIIT
  • TRX HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy day gets started. Kettlebells, Bousu Ball and Sand Bags will be incorporated in the class. Requirement: Knowledge of TRX system, and/or 2 TRX Classes at LavaBarre.
